From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. Very nice stay. Service was excellent. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. Breakfast could be improved though. There were not much choices and the daily spread had little variety if you stay miltiple nights.

空港から歩いて行ける距離で助かった。近くにコンビニも多くて困らなかった。またホテルのサービスの質はとても高く、ビュッフェの種類も豊富、かつボリューミーで大満足。地下河川ツアーのお迎えが6:30頃なのに対して6:00から朝食対応してくれてるのも本當に助かった。最高、また來ます。

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

No Compassion During a Natural Disaster, Cancellation Flat-Out Refused I booked the Best Western Ivywall in Puerto Princesa with high hopes, but Mother Nature had other plans. A severe tropical storm hit Palawan on my travel dates, grounding flights and prompting the local government to warn tourists to stay away until conditions improved. With no safe way to reach Puerto Princesa, I immediately contacted both 訂房網站 and the hotel to request a weather-related cancellation.

This is a close to as good as it gets in Palawan. The hotel is modern, well kept, and located close to top restaurants, shopping, and area attractions such as the Bay Walk and public market. Water pressure must be called out because it is rare in surrounding hotels and it is more than adequate. The gym, pool, pool bar, spa, and business center were all nice convivences that made use very easy

I had a lovely stay at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel - Palawan. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure every guest felt at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk SM Mall, which is perfect for shopping, dining, currency exchange and even picking up essentials like a Globe SIM card for easy connectivity. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the convenience of having everything close by is a huge plus. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offer a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and great dining options, add to the overall experience.

My son and I arrived at the hotel from 2 different locations, and from the beginning at check-in, throughout our stay, we were very impressed with all the support. Yes, the hotel is great… good facilities, excellent breakfast, and well located just outside the noisier and busier town centre, but within walking distance. But the attention of the staff was excellent. We had some situations that arose from our end, and the front office team always found solutions. A big thank you to Kay, Joyce, Martin and Cheenee, and the interns Andrianne and Marty for assisting us from the very beginning. Wé would definitely stay again when stopping at Puerto Princesa.
